That does not look correct. Are you certain this is a VBP -5300E ?
At this point, I think you need to be in contact with the reseller that sold you the product and ask them for some support.

That is VERY old code (from 2009)... You might want to upgrade it (assuming it's correctly connected to the internet)...
That would make the fields much easier to setup.
Once that is done, I think it will be more obvious how to setup the port forwarding... Just remember that you are forwarding one port (not ALL ports) from the WAN side to the LAN side. Your previous example was forwarding everything...
