What are the values for the Charging Module (power Supply) for the Sound Statioin 2W?
Also on the 2.5mm mobile phone adapter cord, is it a standared tip ring sleve or is there a seecond ring ( tip Ring Ring Sleve style?

Hello Wmayrand,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The SS2W Power Block depending on the Country:
| 2200-42441-002 | Power Supplies for SoundStation2W base and console, 110V. ROHS compliant. |
| 2200-42441-003 | 220V power supplies for SoundStation2W base and console. ROHS compliant. |
| 2200-42441-004 | Power Supplies for SoundStation2W base and console, 220V. ROHS compliant. |
| 2200-42441-009 | Power supplies for SoundStation2W base and console, 220V. ROHS compliant. |
The Output should be 12V DC / 1.0 A and please only purchase original Polycom Parts for the relevant device.
As far as I am aware do we not publicly disclose the Pin outs as some additional logic is within the 2.5mm Computer Calling Kit and we neither support or advise to utilize any homemade cables.
Please liaise with your Polycom Reseller on how you can purchase spares or additional cables.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
