Hello all..

I'm new user on Polycom, kindly please help. I have soundstation2 expandable combined with panasonic TDA100 using analog line.  With this analog line, I only able to conference not more than 3 users.

According to manual, the digital line should be able to performs conference call more than 3. Unfortunately SoundStation2 only support analog line (please correct me if i'm wrong).  So, if I like my Polycom to be able to conf. more than 3 user using digital line, can I use Polycom Konexx digital to analog converter ?

Regards.

Hello ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's PSTN FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 20, 2011 QuestionHow can I setup a conference or how many participants can be in the conference?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

The above explains in detail that the ability to conference multiple participants into a call has nothing to do with the phone itself but with the Line or the PABX that is being used.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
