I purchased a SoundStation2 Expandable Conference Phone with a part number of 2200-16200-001 but a 2201-16200-601 came in the box.

What is the difference?  I am in the U.S.- is the 2201-16200-601 the correct phone for use in the U.S.?

Hello poly2,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Usually the whole Kit has a part number and the individual components have their own. Does it come with a US Power Lead?

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Steffen, is this unit the correct one intended for the US market?  When I received the unit from Amazon in the mail, the original Polycom packaging had already been opened.  The phone looks new, but I am not sure, and now I wonder if the phone has been switched for one intended for another country.  Or perhaps the phone is not new.  That is why my question about part number intended for the US market.  I want a phone that has all the correct features for the US market.
