Hello I'm trying to find out the difference between two Polycom SoundStation 2 conference phones, the 2201-16200-001 and 2200-16200-036. Are there any differences we should be aware of, the packing box has 2200-16200-036 and the product has 2201-16200-001.

Its crearting confusion in my clients place.

Thanks!

Hello Charan,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Part Numbers cover the different areas which we supply around the world.

2200-16200-036 SoundStation2 (analog) conference phone with display. Expandable. Includes 220V-240V AC power/telco module, power cord with India/CEE7/7 plug, 6.4m console cable, 2.8m telco cable. Does NOT include expansion mics.

As you can see above the Unit with the 2200-16200-036 part number is for India or Area where a CEE7/7 plug is being utilized.

The individual SoundStation itself has its own part number.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
