I have been trying to upgrade the software on my SoundStation 2w fo a little while now. I was able to download and install the upgrader application, however, everytime I run the installer it will not install the drivers. It fails everytime. The program lauches, but of course it will not find the phone since the drivers are not installing. The installer recommends trying to reinstal the program but that has not helped. I am running windows 7. If there is anyone out there that can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Polycom PLCMUSBDEVICES (11/16/209 2.50.0.0)

Polycom (mojito) PLCMUSBDEVICES (11/16/2009 2.50.0.0)

A few questions:

 

  • Is this Windows 32 bit or 64 bit?
  • Are you the Administrator or have you tried to install this as an Administrator?

I need to know the location of the drivers. The device is not automatically grabbing them, and I need to update the driver to the Polycom driver.
