I picked up a couple of used VTX 1000 conference phones.  One of them boots up and shows the "Ready" screen on the LED, however, the other one powers on, but the LED display just stays on a solid green screen (no text at all).  This is using the same power brick.  Anyone seen this before or have any troubleshooting suggestions?   Is there maybe some way to factory reset or flash new firmware on this phone?  Thanks!

Hello GeneralQuestionY,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge there is not a lot you can do when the phone is not able to browse the menu and unfortunately you have purchased a defective unit.

 

Without a serial number I am unable to lookup the history of the device either.
