I found a Polycom SoundPoint Pro SE-220 phone and it works great with the exception of the speaker phone. I have reset the factory settings but I was wondering if there was a way to enable the speaker phone. I hit the speaker phone button and the green light comes on but no sound comes out. I've tried this on the two of our phones. These phones have been in my work area for several years and don't get used so I'm thinking the speaker phone was disabled because we process classified info. These phones are being moved to a different area and we need the speaker phone ability.
