We recently moved to VoIP systems and purchased analog cards for our existing Sound Station 2W polycom machines.  After the upgrade we have not been unable to do any conference calls (we have changed the flash time, but this did not resolve our issue).  We can no longer join calls on bridge lines either.  When we enter the meeting numbers extra numbers get added and we are unable to join the calls.  Has anyone else experienced anything like this?  Any recommendations on how to solve the problem?  Can these be used on VoIP?

Hello Carmen007,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

If this worked before then it may either be a restriction with the new VoIP card or something else. Please check with the VoIP card supplier or whoever looks after the SIP switch.
