Hello everyone,

the problem is as follows; during a conference call with a provider, users can connect to the number provided. When entering the code to enter, the provider responds that the numbers entered do not match. It seems that the provider does not recognize the keyboard of the soundstation.

 Thanks for the help

Hello MassimoGallo,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The SoundStation 2, like most of our analog conference phones, dials a number using DTMF.

If there was an issue with the DTMF signal the phone would be unable to even dial the number getting your customer into the conference in the first place.

This is most likely another issue and you should work with whoever installed the phone line. It could simply be an issue with the signal once the call has been setup but most likely is not an issue with our phone.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
