Hi,

Looking at adding a SS2W to our Avaya IP500V2 with IP500 Exp Mod DS30B for our T7000 phones.

IP500V2 Operating Mode: BST-T7000, M7000 Series Phones

This will replace a T7316E phone.

We are not using digital phones and I was told the the SS2W will work with our configuration.

I would like confirmation, if anybody has done this.

And I would also like to find out any issues you may have had.

I did see posts with regards to making conference calls and I see how this will have to be worked around.

Any issues with the soft keys.

Any advice or configuration information is appreciated.

Thanks,

Victor

Hello Victor,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The SoundStation 2W is an analog phone and as long as they Avaya has an analog port it will work.

Limitations based on the analog ports capabilities to hold a conference need to be clarified via Avaya.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
