SoundStation 2W - disconnection during conference call

We are using the SoundStation 2W for our conference calls in our main conference room. Over the past few months we began to experience a disconnection into the conference call at 6 minutes 10 seconds.

 

I reached out to our conference host site and they could not recreate the problem.

 

Is there a setting that needs to be altered to prevent this from happening again...and again?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

There is no such setting on the phone itself.

 

Does this always happen even when you are using an internal call?

 

Can you post a serial number of the device in question?

The Serial Number is AA0A1539A3F11.

 

The call is dropped at 6m10s during a coference call, but we do not use it for internal calls.

I tried an internal call and it did not disconnect. The call stayed established for over 10 minutes.
