Hello, I have a SoundStation Premier product.

This morning, I hear "ding dong ding dong ding dong ding dong ding ~~~~ dong". 

And I saw SoundStation Premier is blinking green light.

Also I can see "No Caller Info".

I tried below things.

 

1. Trun on and off power.

2. unplug extend microphone.

3. pushed all swiches.

 

Could you help me to solve this?

It only happens through the speaker when it is not in use.

making ding dong sound, blinking green light  and showed "No caller ID" message.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The product based on your serial number was sold back in May 2003 so I believe if it is no longer working it may be broken.
