I have a Polycom SoundStation 2W EX that I am attempting to connect to an ESI phone system using an analog extension.  The first call connects, I press the conference button  twice, use 9 to get outside line, dial secone call, connect to that call.  Then  when I press the conference key twice the second call immediately drops.  EVERY time.  If I just use the analog line bypassing the phone system the conference works properly.  I have the poly com set to 600 mps and have tried every adjustment to the flash timing I can think on on the phone system to get it to match up.

Any suggestions??????

Hello JustFran,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's PSTN FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 20, 2011 QuestionHow can I setup a conference or how many participants can be in the conference?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above explains that this completely depends on your PABX and you need to consult your PABX provider.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
