Hello all 🙂
I have a question regarding the software-update of our VTX1000.

By reading the administrator-guide of the VTX1000 i saw that there are menues which are not visible on my VTX1000.

So i figure that the software on our Polycom Soundstation is old.

I tried to act like i read in the support notes, but i only received a website giving me japanese or american telefonnumbers. We are located in Austria, so the calls seem not to go through to the "Update Line".

My Q is:

Is there a telephonnumber which i can call from Austria to get the software-update on our VTX1000?

I would be very happy to hear some good news.

I am not sure we have added any features to the VTX range since I am with Polycom (nearly 7 years) but have a look at this post => here <=
