VTX1000 upgrade does not answer

I have a vtx1000 that I am trying to upgrade through the phone numbers.  But the phone numbers do not answer.  I have tried multiple times and both numbers I have do not answer.  The phones numbers I have are directly from the documentation and the support pages.  Is there something else wrong?

What country are you in and what numbers did you try?

 

How old are these VTX's and why do you want to upgrade?

I am in the US. I tried the 866-4711-121 Number. No answer. My phone is pretty old. We want to update the software because when we call into our conference phone line the system does not recognize DTMF tones from this phone. The conference line answers when called from this phone but I can never enter my conference room number.
