Voice Station 300 - no ringing or lights for incoming call

Hello,

I have a voice station 300 and for the incoming calls it's not ringing or showing any lights. The ringer volume is set at maximum. The calls are working to send or receive (at the test when I'm calling it and answer, the conversation is working). The only problem is I don't know when I'm getting the calls.  What could it be?

Is this a new unit or a used unit and what is the serial number?

Hello,

I have it at the company from 2011 (brand new) and worked. I haven't been used for a while and now I discovered the reported problem. The serial number is M8104900AE2F.
