Hello all, we have a new polycom soundstation with 2 external microphone extensions.  yesterday 1 mic stopped working but the other was.  I went down to troubleshoot and then found both mic's not working.  I swapped ports on the soundstation and swapped cables with some shorter ones I had.. I can't seem to get the microphones to work or 'turn green' on their status lights during a call.

 

I was wondering what steps would be next to troubleshoot this.

We need to be sure the mics were purchased with the phone as mics from other phones may not function properly.  If yes then we will fully support the product.
