I am using an iphone 5s and a polycom soundstation 2.  I purchased the 2457-19047-001 cable and I can hear the other people on the conference via the speaker, but the mic is not working, they can't hear me.  It seems that there are no settings, so what is the issue, what could it be?  Any help would be appreciated

Are you sure the cable is completely housed on the iPhone end?

Same here,

 

we connect  2457-19047-001 cable to iPhone 4, but only SS2 speaker works well.  SS microphone is not working and iPhone microphone remains active after connecting the cable. The second ending for Nokia and Samsung devices works fine.

Hello all,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I tested this with an SSIP7000 (uses same cable) using an iPhone 5C without any cover and this worked fine for both Microphone and Speaker.

 

Other colleagues have also tested this with other iPhones.

 

Are you using any cover on the phones as the cable is obviosely working as verified by one user using the other plug for Android phones.
