voice station 300 power

Hello,

 

i am using voicestation 300 and when i power it on the leds are solid red and the device can not boot.

 

What am i supposed to do?Can i factory reset the unit?

Is this a new or a used unit?

 

Did this work before and is this used with all the original parts?

You need to work with your reseller on an RMA as the unit sounds faulty.
