Polycom internally uses Dell touch displays and has had success with them.  It is felt the technology they use in their touch is the best and most responsive.

How to test the responsiveness of a display.

HP Recommended

I have a group 500 and a HARP PN-75 TH 1.

The group doesn't recognize the monitor.

I have also a Pano device, updated to the latest firmware.

Pano recognizes the monitor and visualboard pops up with all the tools available.

Can Polycom port the support for this monitor from Pano to the Group Series or it is something that is not possible?

HP Recommended

The RPGS and the Pano are completely different systems, they do not have the same hardware or software.

If you want Poly to look at the monitor and determine if we can support it on the RPGS it is recommended that you open a service ticket so it can be looked at.  Poly may ask that you provide a monitor for the development.

I understand, it is not something easy to be done.
