Thanks in advance. I have installed RealPresence Mobile from Google Play store (version 3.2.1) on Android 4.4.2 and 4.4.3 with no problems. I have installed 3.2.1 on S4's, Note 3, Galaxy Tab 2 and Note Pro 12.2 successfully. I tried to install 3.2.1 on my Note 4 - Android 4.4.4 and the Play store says it's incompatible. I work for the Dept. of Health and we use the mobile client for Video Direct Observation Therapy for patients. Android 5: Lollipop is due to be released in December and we will need to upgrade when the upgrade is available. We have more than 50 devices that will need to be upgraded and we need to ensure that the Polycom mobile app will continue to function. I called tech support and was told there is no direct line for mobile support and I was directed to the forums. Will there be a patch or upgrade for Android 4.4.4/5?
