I'd like to know th reason why when I share content, directly video content, the far-end can view the video but can not listen the audio included in the video.
I've tried with video in my pc/laptop or video from internet and always happens the same.
¿Is there any missconfiguration?
I use RPDesktop/RPMobile in Managed Mode (with DMA 7000 v6.3.1_P2_Build_212636 / Resource Manager v9.0.1_12) and till now, I can't make it.
Please somebody help me or give me some advice, cause I need to solve this issue as soon a possible to provide a better experience to my customers.
