Kinldy some one help me to resolve Polycom HDX8000 call connectivity issue. In one of our project we have installed two HDX8000 in telepresence room.
when we made a call from mobile through the Polycom app to telepresence room.
We are not receiving video and audio in mobile from telepresence room.
But we are receiving video and audio in telepresence room from mobile.
