Hi all,
I'm unable to dial out from my polycom real presence whereas incoming is possible. Through cellular data I'm facing this issue. But when the same carrier is used in different device it works. I had a word with both service provider and also Apple care. They are blaming the polycom tool developers.
Device I'm using is iPad 3. IOS version 7.0 ; I have 3 different iPad with same model and three different carriers. I have swapped in all possible ways outgoing is an issue from all three iPad . Kindly help me out with this. But with wifi it works perfectly. Kindly help me ASAP.

What type of service are you calling from your client? If it is using Polycom infrastructure then you can report the issue through your Polycom support contract.

 

If it is not Polycom infrastructure please let us know what type of device you are dialling to - this will enable us to make some suggestions on troubleshooting ideas.
