HDX 7000 receiving Video from Real Presence iPad app but no audio

 

Using the iPad on public Wifi as well as internal Wifi.  I am able to receive audio and video on the iPad but on the HDX 7000 they are only receving my video.

 

When i look at the call statistics, there is a small receiving audio packet loss on the HDX.

Actually we've been able to get all devices to work exepct for one iPad.  Are there apps that would disrupt audio service?

I have having the same issue with an iPhone and iPad.  I am able to receive internet calls from these devices to an HDX 4000 unit, and the call quality is good (512) but we are not sending any video or audio to the far end.  Testing internally, we are able to send and receive audio and video on other iPhone and iPad devices.  Could something be wrong with the far end settings?
