Hi,

 

We have an HDX 7000 system which we are tying to make more use of.

 

We have tested the RealPresence mobile app as some of our users have iPhones, iPads etc and this would be a nice way of connecting into meetings.

 

We have tested through the firewall and on the LAN and we get the same issue i.e. the call connects and the audio works but we don't get any video.

 

Can you tell me if this unit is compatible for use with the app?

Hi,

I am positive that HDX 7000 is compatible with mobile devices.Sometimes the problem is with the poor internet connectivity.

 

Make sure you have a solid connectivity and test it again. I am sure it will work.

 

You can also try to sign out and sign back in the RealPresence.

We've tested repeatedly and the quality of the connection is excellent.

 

The audio quality is perfect we just dont get any video.

 

One thing to mention is that we are not logging in we are skipping this part. Does it matter?

Hi Lee,

Whenever I use RealPresence, I always log in; I am not sure if the video issue is due to the skipping the login part. Can you login and try to connect to HDX 7000?

Is your camera properly selected in the RealPresence? Check the settings > Camera.

What componets do you have in your video infra?

 

What is the version of RPM aaplication and HDX 7000?

 

With which EP you have encountered the same(LAN side EP or WAN side EP)?
