I have installed the Polycom mobile app from the app store on my iPad 2.When i call to our company's VSX7000,I have no video form my ipad2, But my VSX7000 display normal ,i can hear the sound ,also have video.
I can see my IPAD RX packet lost 100%
I tried through the wifi and 3G to connect VSX7000,But all can't connect.
can you help me? thanks a lot!

Could you describe more detailed information?
Did you make the call from external network to the company network? Or both inside the company network?

Sorry ,I made a call form 3G network to VCX7000, My ipad2 can't see the video,But VSX7000 is normal,the voice also normal.
I tried to through the wifi connection vsx7000, The vsx 7000 display "connection interruption"

From the picture attached, you did not register to any GK, so you are using VBP-E to place the call, right?
I recommend you to sign in VBP-ST and try again.
More information: RealPresence mobile only support H.264 video, and currently VSX is not in the release note.

I belive the VSX is using the H.263 codec and may not be compatible. If possible lets try a test. Download the Telepresence m100 from: http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/

Sorry for my late, I just try to through my IPAD2 use 3G network made a call to the company's VSX7000 device, but IPAD no video, VSX7000 is normal.
So, I think maybe that's my IPAD Settings issue, or our VSX7000 don't support the APP connect.
