New Samsung Note4 cannot fine Polycom RP Mobile in Play store...Is it because its not supported yet? or any ETA to when it will show up?

Hello ujjval,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Samsung Note 4, Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, Samsung Galaxy F and some other devices are utilizing 640 dpi, the current version of RPM Android v3.2.1 doesn’t support 640 dpi.

 

Users of these device therefore cannot find RPM from Google Market. There is a plan for RPM Android in the next release to support 640 dpi.

 

I do not have an ETA for this yet.
