If you are using Polycom Mobile behind an OpenWrt firewall install the following kernel modules.

 

kmod-ipt-nathelper
kmod-ipt-nathelper-extra
 
Without these modules installed I was able to establish a connection, but the client reported my internal IP to the MCU on the other end, resulting in only a one way connection (I could transmit but not receive video).
 
Once these modules were installed everything worked fine.  I didn't need to open any ports on the firewall or establish a static route to the iPad as I have had to do with other Polycom equipment.
