Dear All,

 

As we facing a problem that when using andriod smartphone we cannot call in/out through SIP or H.323.

 

Anyone got any idea whats happen ?

Hello Martin CHEUNG,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

A few questions:

 

  • Is this the only phone that shows that issue or have you not tried others ?
  • What Version or RPM are you using ?
  • Is this on WiFi or G3/G4 ?
  • Is this Standalone installation or are you connecting to a Polycom CMA or RPRM ?

Dear Steffen,

 

We had tried on different brand of Andriod phone such as Sony, HTC & Nexus etc...

 

Version is 4.4.2 and is on wifi or 3G/4G data plan.

 

And it is a standalone installation and without connectint to Polycom CMA or RPRM.

 

It' weird that I could connect from my iphone 6 but not with andriod phone and for andriod phone they cant even call in or receieve call by H.323 or SIP.
