When i connect my ipad to a ATT Wifi hotspot video does not show up on ipad but when i connect to a Sprint everything works fine. I did a speed test and The ATT hotspot is faster than the Sprint even though the Sprint is the only one that shows the Video.
As you already confirmed by testing another public WiFi network this is an ATT problem. Most likely a firewall or so. Please raise this with ATT's Support Team.

well they are both hot spots not public wifi's. They are two seperate 4g hotspots our company has for users when they are away from the office so they can get on the net. the ATT Elevate 4g is the one we have problems with.
as already mentioned, please raise this with ATT as this is not a problem caused by the Polycom application.
Your other WiFi / Hotspot works and clearly proves that the application is working.

When is the Polycom RPM application going to support NAT, either AUTO or MANUAL like all the other Polycom video endpoints? If it supported NAT'ing, these issues might go away.
