Hello,

A client from us asked me to attend a video conference call with him using Polycom. I have installed the Real Presence Mobile for Ipad Version (current version) and started the applicaiton without being registered.

I was able to call the client and he received my video as well as my voice. So my "sending" worked properly. At the same token, I was NOT able to receive any data from him. That means I did not receive any audio nor video signal from him.

I tried the same with your testcall-stations.

As I am a newbie to your system, I am a little bit confused if I might have missend any important setting issue?

Regards

This issue has been answered numerous times....It is a network issue, Check with your IT person .  is a non-routable IP address issue. The RPM application is designed to be used with your corporate gatekeeper infrastrcture to which you must be registered. If you wish to use the standalone mode then the device you are connecting to must be on the same subnet as the tablet.
