Hello,

Could someone, please, help?

I installed the latest RPM on an Android and I have the following problem: When calling from the RPM to our Polycom HDX 7000, on the HDX I am able to see/hear Android's camera/mic, but the other way around nothing gets back to the RPM (statistics on RPM show 100% packet loss).

Also, trying to call the RPM on the IP address displayed by the software is impossible. Calling the RPM is supported only in provisioned mode or if the device is registered to a h.323 gatekeeper? 

Shouldn't I be able to call it directly via the IP address displayed by RPM?
