Hello,
In our company we try to use RPM, but we face the following issue:
On Samsung Note 3 with 4.4.2 we can use the RPM, very well, but, after using RPM if you try to have a normal conversation call with anybody, you can't be hearded by the others. The only solution is to force stop the application and reboot the phone.
As long as RPM is working in background we experience this issue.
The same on other Samsung S4, or S3 phones.
How we can solve that?
Thank you for your support.

Hello ibucur,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
I have heard or similar reports but we have so far been unable to replicate this.
Is this a call via WiFi of GSM ?
Could you kindly contact Polycom support and raise a new ticket and quote VIDESC-13983 ?
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Hi,
I have an account on Polycom support site, but it was asking me about the Product serial.I don't know what serial to put because we have RMX, Group, and virtual editions of Platform Director, Resource manager, Cloudaxis, DMA, Capture server, etc.
Thanks

Hello ibucur,
Just put any serial number in of a product that currently has warranty or a active service contact and my colleagues can amend this later on.
Please post the ticket numer starting with 1- here
