Hello Community,

 

I recently upgraded the RPM in my iPhone to v3.3. All was good on older version and after upgrade, i am not able to receive content in my mobile device. This issue is occurring when the RPM is not registered to any infra. If the RPM is registered then it works. I tested this in 3G Optus network.

 

I decided to downgrade and test it on the older RPM version and to my surprise it worked without any issues.

We did this testing on the Android device in a defferent service provider as well and found the same issue.

 

We have a complete real presence environment with DMA, RM and RPAd etc.

 

Restarted the phone and reinstalled the RPM client with no luck.

Have anyone faced similar issues? If so, can you please tell what you did to fix this issue.
