Hello,

a customer of us tires to connect his RPM client (version below) via VBP. He get's the message: local certicate verfiication failed. I have checked other posts reagridng that topic and I want to try any other option before updating the VBP. This was working before he updated the app. I have gone through the release notes and found the follwoing:

Bug ID: SWEP-8747

Description: Polycom RPM 3.5 or later can't register with VBP that is using a Diffie Hellmann key smaller than 768 bit.

Workarround: increse your DH-Key to 768 or above.

I have checked the VBP admin guide but was unabblet o find hwo to enalrge the key length. Do you guys have any idea how to do this?

Version of RPM on all three devices:

·         iPad: v3.5-59644

·         iPhone: v3.5 59537

·         Android Phone: 3.5-59582

Running on Android v6.0 & iOS v9.2.1
VBPE: v11.2.16
VBPST: v11.2.16

Kind Regards

Sebastian Stepponat

Upgrade the VBPs to version 11.2.24 and let us know if that makes a difference.
