I am trying to setup a a new instance of RPD on an Lenovo all in one.  I can make calls but not receive them from outside the organization. If the two machines are on the same segment, they can talk both directions.  If I try to call the machine from an outside line it does not connect.

I have ports 3230-3250 open for both tcp and udp, as well as 1720/tcp and 5060udp to talk to our VSX.   I can call other RDP clients as well as the VSX but no one can call the All-in-One desktop client I'm setting this up on.  I'm open to suggestions as I'm sure I missed something obvious but I cannot figure out what it is.

Hello pair_o_dimes,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

If the inbound call does not even alert on RPD then your Port 1720 is blocked on your PC or Network or a local / remote firewall blocks the call.

A wireshark trace should show you this if you simply filter for any traffic on this port.

Thanks for the reply, Steffen.

I do have 1720 open for both tcp and udp on the router, as well as in the windows firewall.  Initially I had not opened them on the Windows firewall but thought I'd try making some rules after I read your response.

Due to our security team, I cannot install and run wireshark in this environment.  Any other possibilities?  And thanks again, your help is greaetly appreciated!
