Hi All,
We have a VBP-ST 5300 that proxy the registration to the CMA. I have a RealPresence Desktop client coming from behind the firewall of a big hospital network.

When he tries to register to the gatekeeper, he gets the H.323 Configuration error (I have attached the snapshot of the error). But he can register to our gatekeeper when he is off the hospital network. He can also use Scopia from the same hospital network to connect to a conference.

Shouldn't VBP address this firewall traversal problem? Why can Scopia traverse in these firewall easily but not the RealPresence? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This issue would be best addressed by raising a ticket with Polycom tech Support. It appears that you have purchased a CMA product that you use in your application. You can raise a support ticket providing you have an up to date support contract for your CMA product.
