RealPresence Mobile - Proper Shutdown/Log Files

What is the proper way of shutting down the RPM application when not needed or wanted to be running?  I'm on a Motorola Xoom LTE and have been using Settings->Applications->Running Applications->select RPM video and FORCE STOP. 

Is there a way of closing out the log file and starting a new one, or setting the file size so it will automatically close/open a new log?

Right now, you can properly just kill the running process or close it out on the tablet.  The OS will Cache the writes of the log files even if you kill the process, it will finish up it's logs up to that point. Realpresence mobile will automatically clip it's log file, this is hard set in the application.
