the Connection between a realpresence Mobile application from an ipad/iphone to an internal CMA Desktop hold only 90 seconds. After that, it stops and it looks like a normal disconnect, without any error message.
We are using a CMA 4000 and a VBP 5300ST in our network. A connection between an external CMA Desktop and an internal CMA Desktop can hold longer than 30 minutes.
Is there a difference between the connection of a realpresence Mobile and a CMA Desktop to a internal CMA Desktop?
