Registration failure due to private addresses over 4G

The application is registering to our internet based H.323 gatekeeper and SIP server, but with a non-returnable private address. The registration packets are received with a public address in the header, but the embedded RAS address being the original private address.  My Xoom is using the 4G connection. Anyone have any ideas how to get the embedded private address NAT'ed to the public routable address?

Not possible from within the M500 S/W as this does not have NAT'ing capabilities at this point.
