Samsung NOTE

I have a Samsung Note. When I use the Realpresence Mobile software I do not get a picture when I connect to an polycom end point. Since the Note is New will there be an new version of the software coming out to support it

Not every single individual tablet or device will be fully supported.
Your issue sounds more like a firewall / port issue. Please utilize the community search as this has been discussed on several other occasions.
