I purchased a T-Mobile Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 yesterday and have downloaded the Polycom real presence app for android three times.
It downloads and when I open it, it says the real presence mobile application is not supported on your device.

Polycom's release notes says that the operating system should be Android 3.1 or 3.2. It's 3.2.

The samsung galaxy tab should be 10.1 tab gt-p7500 or gt-p7510.

My version is sght859. Is that the problem?

I looked over the release notes. I downloaded the app again and opened the app it say the app will not support my device.

Do you know why it won't? Please help me.
