I just downloaded the RP mobile app for my iPad 2. i tried connecting it to my Polycom video conference camera in one of our conference rooms. the video looks great, but the audio dosen't work. I get breaks up and static. The system works so I know it isn't that. I'm using our campus wireless to communicate from the iPad to the Polycom. are there any firewall restrictions I need to be aware of? I looked on the app and there isn't any settings to change. Am I missing something? Thanks.

At this point, Realpresnce Mobile does not have NATing capabilities when not connected to a gatekeeper/cma.
you will need to connect to the same lan segment or have the endpoint visable on the public internet.
the audio might be a result of this.
