Hi,

I have noticed that since upgrading VVX phones to 5.4.0A, the "Time and date initial setup"  as described at the bottom of this article: http://community.polycom.com/t5/Skype-for-Business/SOFTWARE-UC-Software-5-4-0-A-is-released/td-p/759... come up when we upgrade phones and when we sign into Lync.

The article above says that this is off by default, but this is not the case for us. How can we disable this feature using our existing config file?

Thanks

Hello Richard,

This was already discussed in the community and my original response was => here <=

The new feature was introduced to align the Lync / Skype for Business UI to the known CX Phones and match feature when signed into the server for the first time.

UC Software 5.4.0A (5.4.0.10182) had a bug so this could not completely disabled.

A future release should correct this but I believe after a first signing in only the time zone can be disabled and not the "Done" message.

As I understand at present this is working as designed and yourself and the original poster in the above linked post need to work with your product managers in order to get this changed.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
