I am looking to push out device resets (soft or hard resets) to groups of Polycom CX 600s. Is there a way to automate this process? We are looking at thousands of phones which need to be cutover to a new Lync environment. As far as I know, this requires a reset. So is it possible to reset phones remotely/automatically either by modifying something on a provisioning share, through the Lync Control Panel, or with DHCP?

Polycom and other manufacturers produce these optimized for Microsoft® Lync® or Skype® for Business devices after a reference design and the embedded OS running on the phones is provided, supported and maintained by our partner Microsoft®.
You therefore may want to reach out to the Microsoft® community and / or Microsoft® support directly instead as this is the most direct and efficient path.
Polycom is unable to add any new features into the functionality of these CX Devices

Apart from that I am only aware of the manual reset pressing # and * on booting up.
