Hi,

 

 

I have VVX410 phones in UCS 5.1.3 pairing with Lync Client 2010 and BToE 2.3.0. The environment is Lync Server 2013.

Computer is on Windows 7

All works Well!

 

But when i test the latest version on VVX 5.4.0.10182 with BToE 3.1.0 or 3.2.0, there is "Not Paired"

 

This is the BToE_log :

[11/03/15 : 10:49:07]  PBC ERR: btoe_network.c:1847 (discovery_server) discovery_server:1847 Error 10057
[11/03/15 : 10:49:07]  PBC ERR: btoe_network.c:1859 (discovery_server) discovery_server:1859 Error 10038

Did you ensure that BToE is actually enabled on the phone you are using ?

 

In addition since BToE 3.0.0 the Port ranges and protocols have changed or are enhanced and documented in the release notes and the above post.
