Hello,

I have followed the article located at http://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP/FAQ-Using-Enhanced-Feature-Keys-EFK-macros-to-change-softkey/td...

Does Barge In function work with Skype for Business? If so, what will be the macro code for BargeIn key in this case?

My understanding is that shared line appearance does allow barge in funtion as per page 129 of uc_admin_550 guide.

Has someone tried it? Will the code below work on the phone that is part of Skype SLA for barge in?

feature.enhancedFeatureKeys.enabled="1"
softkey.1.action="$FBargeIn$"
softkey.1.enable="1"
softkey.1.label="Barge In"

Thanks,

Paul

Hello Paul,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This is an openSIP feature and I doubt Skype for Business supports Barge In. Please work with Microsoft on this feature.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
