hi,

We were having a problem were all the phones were one hour ahead. Disabling the DST option fixed this. How can i change this for all 130 phones, without having to manually edit it from the web interface for each phone?

Thanks.

Hello MathewKEO,

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Mar 15, 2016 Question:Why does a Polycom phone show the wrong Daylight Saving Time?

Resolution: Please check this post => here <=

Please check:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Again in addition the FAQ and the COmmunity search should be utilized first.

If the above fails please work with your reseller.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Hello MathewKEO,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You would need to provision the phone either using a configuration file or set the correct offset and NTP time via your DHCP Server.

If you need help with this and the FAQ articles and/or the community search is not sufficient please work with your reseller.

HiSteffen,

Thank you for the reply. My DHCP server is set correct with the right NTP and offset. It was correct initially, then changed about 2-3 weeks back. Can you please point me to a good document where i can set this?

Thanks.
